‘I SAID NOTHIN’ is COL GENTLE’s first single released from his debut album, LANEWAY BARS, produced and mastered by ROGER CORBETT and supported by some of Australia’s best musicians. His song is a real honest portrayal of love lost from a one-sided relationship. The lyrics express the pain of betrayal leaving him broken hearted, regretful and immobilised. “I should have laid my cards on the table but I Said Nothin” reveals the torment of not having verbalised his feelings, never really having his love returned and struggling with letting go.
