‘LOVE CAME DOWN’ is the new Christmas single for Country Gospel Artist PETER CHRISTIE. Since 2016, Peter has had 6 singles reach the Top 10 of the Country Gospel Charts in the USA, including ‘You Alone Are Worthy’ which reached the Number 1 position. Peter is the first Australian Country Gospel Artist to achieve a Number 1 hit in the USA.
Peter has also been the recipient of 7 Major Gospel Awards, including a CRIMSON AWARD as Male Entertainer of the Year (2016), A DIAMOND AWARD for Songwriter of the Year (2016) and most recently a JOSIE MUSIC AWARD as Male Vocalist of the Year - Christian/Gospel (2018).
‘LOVE CAME DOWN’ is Peter’s first Christmas release both here in Australia and over the in USA. The song was cowritten with Roger Corbett and is a beautiful retelling of the Christmas Story.
